Help Desk
The Help Desk is your magical one-stop-shop for all your CME needs! Whether you visit us in person or online, you can ask questions about planning events or campaigns and access resources for projects.
On our Help Desk, you can access:
- Help Docs –We have lots of helpful articles and training materials available to support you at UMSU. You can find tips on marketing and promotion, creating eye-catching designs, and choosing entertainment or speakers for your events. Head to Help Docs
- Live Chat (Online) – Feeling a little lost? Use our Live Chat to talk to a CME team member in real time! They can help resolve your issues live in the chat or make sure they’re directed to the person who can. Live Chat is available from 9am-5pm on weekdays.
- Come visit us! We're on Level 4, Building 168 Rooms 413-414. Come on up or book a time with any member of CME.
*Note: we might not always be available for drop-ins. Have an urgent request? Submit it to the Help Desk! Just click "Submit a Request" and fill in the details.
- Help Request Submission – Outside of live chat/drop-in hours, you can still request CME support. Someone from our team will respond to your request as soon as they can.
- Teams us too! Hit us up on Teams and we'll log a ticket for you and create a working group.
