Teamwork is the platform Communications and Design use to plan, prepare and deliver your projects. We use Teamwork to manage the parts of your project that need our support, like ticketing and poster design, and make sure they're delivered on time.

In Teamwork, you can see:
  • All the Communications and Design tasks that need to happen to deliver your project
  • Who is responsible for each task
  • When tasks need to be completed to keep things running smoothly
  • Updates on tasks and how they're progressing
At the start of your term, an invitation to set up a Teamwork account will be sent to your staff email address (e.g., sam.sample@union.unimelb.edu.au).

If you didn't receive an email, or the invitation is expired, please contact the Help Desk or send a message to info@union.unimelb.edu.au so we can re-send it to you.

Once your account is set up, you can access Teamwork any time by heading to https://umsu.teamwork.com/ and entering your details in the log in area. It's a good idea to bookmark that link for easy access!





If you forget your password, you can request it reset by clicking the 'Forget password?' button on the log-in screen.
