If you are designing your own artwork, ensure it aligns with UMSU’s branding and effectively represents both your department and UMSU. We can offer guidance on logo placement and provide feedback to ensure your design meets UMSU's standards.
Artwork Approval Process
If you choose to design your own assets, please request 'artwork approval' when submitting your help request.
When Is Approval Required?
- Any design featuring UMSU logos must be approved by the Comms & Design Department before being published.
- Any design you would like to be shared through UMSU's official channels (eg. UMSU main Instagram, UMSU eNewsletter, etc.) must be brand-compliant and approved by the Comms & Design Department.
You Must:
- Email your designs to cme-support@union.unimelb.edu.au with the subject line Artwork Approval or tag us in Canva
